Shop-system and Tower-placement

A shop system is implemented in a bar on the right side on the screen. There you can see your current balance and a button for every existing tower with its corresponding price. You also can place a tower on the map by clicking the button and then the tile where you want to appear. There is graphic feedback for several cases, like tower selected or not enough money.
